CAN Keypad Flush Mount Kit

This kit has been designed for the MoTeC / Haltech / Grayhill 15 button and 8 button CAN Keypad. The kit allows for recess mounting the keypad into a surface with a minimum thickness of 1.5mm and a maximum thickness of 8mm. Working on a sandwich style mount system, a hole is cut through the surface. The keypad is inserted into the facia and retained with a backing plate by 4 countersunk bolts. Then the fascia is inserted into the cutout and the rear cage is positioned on the back, clamping down on the surface using the original keypad studs. With this design, no bolt holes are made in the mounting surface and no bolt heads are seen on the front facia, resulting in a clean installation and finished appearance.

• A PDF with dimensions for manual cutouts is also provided.

Material Options:

• PETG – Common 3D printed material. Good thermal and impact resistance with the front facia and rear components made from PETG.
• PC-CF – Polycarbonate Carbon Fiber, for premium finish and mechanical properties for the front facia. The rear components are PETG.
• 6061 – CNC machined from a 6061 billet for the ultimate finish and endurance for both the front facia and the rear cage.
