MoTeC C127 C187 Flush Mount Kit

Universal recessed flush mount kit for the MoTeC C127 / C187 display & display loggers.

This kit is suitable for recess mounting the MoTeC display into a surface with a minimum thickness of 1.5mm and a maximum thickness of 8mm. Working on a sandwich style mount system, a hole is cut through the dash panel, then the fascia is inserted. The rear cage is positioned on the back and bolted through from the front which clamps down on the surface. No bolt holes are made in the mounting surface and no bolt heads are seen on the front facia, resulting in a clean installation and finished appearance.

• For customers using CAD, a cutout DXF file is provided for CNC cut mounting faces.
• A PDF with dimensions for manual cutouts is also provided.

Material Options:

• PETG – Common 3D printed material. Good thermal and impact resistance. The front facia and rear cage are made from PETG.
• PC-CF – Polycarbonate Carbon Fiber, for premium finish and mechanical properties. The front facia is made from PC-CF, while the rear cage is PETG.
• 6061 – CNC machined from a 6061 billet for the ultimate finish and endurance. 6061 is used for both the front facia and the rear cage.
